I didn't get a chance to read the whole thing, but I will say there's no need to be jealous of someone renting a big house. He doesn't even own it. That just means he's flushing more money down the drain than you do every month on rent. What's there to be jealous about? Buy a house or condo as soon as you can and accumulate wealth.
